The self-lubricating bearing materials SF-1, SF-2 and FB090 which meet the environmental protection requirements of RoHS have been specially developed for use in automobile neighbourhood. At least 30 parts of a passenger car are equipped with self-lubricating bearings. For example: tightening wheel, air conditioning compressor, secondary air valve, fuel pump, starting motor, gearbox, steering pump, steering column, shock absorber, brake system, pedal assembly, seat adjustment system, door hinge, luggage box hinge, engine cover hinge, wiper and so on.

 

At the same time, various self-lubricating bearings, including engine connecting rod, gearbox and balance shaft, are widely used in various commercial vehicles and trucks.
